Cleobury Mortimer Volleyball Club

To provide a safe, effective and child friendly environment to develop coaches, officials and players, encouraging them to achieve their volleyball potential while bringing the community together and drinking lots of beer.

LADIES 1 TEAM

CARL 'BOGGY' BROOKES Coach The top dog Bog. The captain of the ship. A phenomenal coach, because anyone who can control this team deserves a medal!	KATH HOWELLS Middle Our captain <3 She's been in the game for a long time and there's still no end in sight! Committed, experienced and the only one who can keep our heads screwed on in game.	LYNDS POTTER Outside / Setter / Middle / pretty much everywhere Refers to herself as the golden oldie. Another member who has been with us for a wee while. She may be small and sweet, but she is FEISTY. Other hobbies include: drinking everyone under the table and hanging from basketball hoops.
SIP GALLAGHER Setter Physical ability of a 70 year old, mental ability of a 7 year old. Often found somewhere on the floor on court, whether that's from a wicked hangover or a great pick-up, who knows. Likes fancy dress and sunglasses.	CHLOE POTTER Outside / Middle / Opposite Put this girl anywhere on the court and she absolutely kills it. She has accomplished so much already and will continue to do so for the rest of her volleyball journey. A little stroppy madame at times, but so lovable too. Special talent - bickering with her mother on court.	ZAN TRAYLOR Libero The master of on-court roly polys. There isn't many balls she isn't getting and the sound effects are top notch. She's our on-court cheerleader and an asset to the team.
GERLI KUMISCA Outside If there's one player on this team you don't wanna be taking a hit from, it's Gerli. The pure strength and speed of her right (and sometimes left!) arm is incredible. Perk - scaring the opposition.	PAULINA KAMINSKA Opposite / Outside She may look sweet and innocent but her super line hits show a different side! Not to mention her line serves that dupe the opposition every time. Our Ladies team sweetheart.	REBEKAH 'BEEB' ROLLINGS Outside / Opposite Probably the most injury-prone member to date. She may seem small and sweet but she's fiery. The opposition crumble in fear when she goes back to the service line, we often wonder how she manages to serve it so fast, hard and flat, especially as she can't reach above the net!
AILSA SMITH Middle Our beloved big blocker has finally returned home after her stint at university, and boy oh boy do we appreciate it! Full of energy, full of love and always smiling. <3
